Customer Service at Utopia

A few months back I had some issues with the way my phone calls were being handled. This was brought to managements attention. Steps were taken to remedy this situation, however, it is worse now than it was before. Again I took my concerns to management and again I was assured they had been addressed. Well, a few days ago I called the proper number to speak to one of my regular ladies. The person who now answers the phone informed me that the attendant was at the back and she was on the other line and promptly hung up. Has this woman never heard of a hold button? My own opinion is that it was done because it was me. She has always been curt, especially since I called a spade a spade regarding her previous unprofessional behaviour. I love a couple of the girls here, but dealing with this person is just too much hassle. And the sad part is that the person who has caused this problem isn't the one losing out. It's the girls who do their job and try to make their customers happy. For me this is 3 strikes and I'm out. I somehow can't see myself returning to Utopia.
Well I guess SRM just picked up a new customer!

Can you phone the MP and talk with the attendant? Really? Never tried that before. Oh well it's too bad Utopia has lost a customer, ah well more time with the ladies for me.

It seems like a common problem for MPs. Their receptionists seem to lack
customer service skills. I've had many problems with the receptionists
at Blue Lagoon, and Alpha care.

Although I agree with Chubbs' comment on a newbie calling someone a whiner, LickRus does make a point...Why the hell is Black_Sheep calling to talk to these girls. Whenever I call a place its to find out who's working and to make an appointment. The only time I've talked longer than a minute was when I called Allure the other night to register a complaint about something, and even then, I was just calling to check the schedule. But to call and chat with the ladies...seems a bit like an obsession or stalking to me. I know that sounds harsh, but go there, do your business and get out. Leave the chatting for outside work.

Exactly. A friend of mine is an MPA, I met her as a customer but now we're close friends and I don't go to her for sessions any longer. I do call her at work though and we hang out and whatnot. What I don't see is why is it so surprising that black sheep calls an MPA to talk?

Hey - I've got friends, and I'm a good enough "friend" to them to have the courtesy not to call them at work. However, at the beginning of your post, you refer to the girl as "ONE OF MY REGULAR LADIES"..."I somehow can't see myself returning to Utopia." Well - what a great friend you are. Some other girl pisses you off and you stop being her friend. If you want a friend, join a chat line. If you want to do business, then quit wasting people's time by trying to chat on the phone. It sounds by your own post that you have a history of phoning there, and not just for the schedule. It doesn't matter if you call IBM, GM or any other big company - if the receptionist or whomever answers the phones keeps getting calls of a personal nature from someone, they are going to get pissed off with that person. Especially a place that might only have one, maybe two phone lines.

When I call SRM to see if my chosen mpa is working and to book a session they almost always say "hold on, I'll get her" and put her on the phone. It's nice to book the session directly with her, to hear her voice and feel her vibe. We can also make sure that we schedule it so that it isn't rushed or anything too.

So if I call and ask to book a session with micron, will she get on the phone with me?
