Review Euphoria Spa - Scarborough- worst experience!

I’ve been visiting spas for over 10 years, and unfortunately, my recent visit to Euphoria Spa (Midland & McNicoll) was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was assigned to a new girl named Jamila, who completely lacked basic customer service or professionalism.
She began the session abruptly with, “What are you looking to do?” — no greeting or attempt to establish any rapport. Throughout the session, there was no conversation or effort to make the experience comfortable. The massage itself was long, poorly executed, and felt like she was just going through the motions. When I asked how long she’s been doing this, she responded “4 months,” and continued in silence.
Near the end, she asked me to turn over and awkwardly mentioned offering a chest massage. When I asked about the services offered, she vaguely said “it depends.” Then, with only a few minutes left in the session, she stated she had another client and abruptly offered a hand job..... I declined, but she insisted, likely realizing I was already dissatisfied. At that point, it was too little too late.
I used to enjoy this spa and would always book with Jiya or Priya, both of whom were professional and skilled. After this experience, I won’t be returning. Save your money — the standards here have clearly dropped

Haven't been here in ages but used to be hit and miss. Had one exceptional encounter with a welcoming blond lady years ago, but a few complete duds who were brunettes. It's a different kind of spa in terms of the room layout.

Seems harsh… u had 1 bad xxxperience w 1 girl, 2 gd xxxperiences w other girls… why not just skip this girl, rather than the spa? Guaranteed every spa has gd & bad, & every girl has bad days …

Totally agree... remember the "throat goat" Trina worked there for awhile.

That's just it, the quality has been dropping. Priya was great, but hasn't been there for a long time...and even Jiya who just came back, used to be phenomenal.....she started to seem like she just didn't want to be there. I'm there to relax, and have a stress relief, not be confronted with negativity. This was a final straw after recent let downs.

Not the ones I had usually gone with. Pretty diverse group, which is what I enjoyed, not the standard Asian only spots like a lot of places in the area. But this new Jamila girl is really not good...I think she is probably a nice person, but the bed side manner, which is key, was horrible. I'm trying to be respectful, but imagine having the ability to decline after fully being ready to go.....dude I'm rock hard watching Molly Karem on ESPN...lol
