No doubts it's a serious problem. It is pandemic. Paranoia can cause stress which will lead you to weaker immune system.
Be well informed. Build up your immune system strong by keeping yourself fit and healthy, eat well and sleep well. Stay away from crowds in confined places. It has nothing to do with the spas.
