New place in Hamilton

Hey all, I'm going to check out a new place across from lime ridge today and I'll let you know how it goes. Found it on Kijiji, they do Thai and Swedish massage. It's the "husband" that books the appointments. He says his wife was trained in Thailand by the government.

I know eh? I used to have some success at Jenny's but not in a few years. Mostly it's blue rain on plains for me. Any options on your end?

My go to places were always Ochina on Upper James or Lavendar Spa at 281 Main St W but they both closed up shop. Seawater was okay but older attendants. I have entered First Tuina but always turn right around once I see the girl working. Lavendar spa on Plains was good for a while but last time I was there they wanted way too much for tips for pretty terrible service.

My go to lately has been Retreat spa on Walkers in Burlington, usually it is a good massage with an attractive attendant within semi legit limits. Another good option is Comfort Foot in Oakville but it is a bit of a hike to get that far during the day.

I have never tried Blue Rain, any recommendations and what are the extras like?

Went to lavender once, and I second that. Just too much. Blue rain, the massage is good, and I'd say just the standard hj. I've not asked for anything more and never been offered, the attendants are nothing to write home about, but I good first thing in the morning so maybe it's better later in the evening.
I went to comfort and retreat, I'd take retreat over comfort any day for distance and I found the walls are paper thin at comfort. Kind of a buzz kill hearing buddy next door proclaim his love hahah.
Seawater has been on my list to try but just never out that way really.

If you go, find out whether or not there is real thai massage offered. I mean on a floor mat and not on table. Thanks

They said that they do offer it. Not sure if its on the floor or not, but does sound like a legit Thai massage.

Alright, so it's a legit massage. I filled out the medical consent form, and circled where hurt, I'm having some knarly sciatic pain. I asked about the Thai massage, which is pushed over a Swedish massage, it is done on a table not the floor. Very professional setup and nice and clean. Hot towels are in the room so the mp doesn't have to constantly go in and out. I started face down, and she worked on my back and arms, nothing on the lower legs or gluts. Flip, and then some work on the legs and shoulders. It was a good strong massage, but when no attention was really paid to my hips. She kept saying how with the Thai massage there would be more stretching and it would help alot more.
All in all it was alright, $75 cash for an hour. On the fence about trying the Thai.

i always call ahead and ask whos working and when im arriving. i suggest everyone do the same.
