Look at her hands, if the first finger is shorter than the third finger - be instantly suspicious. Most men have shorter first fingers and most women have longer first fingers - but of course there are many exceptions.

If you really want to be sure, and you obviously have to already be intimate before you get to this seforum.xxxe - have a very close examination "down below". You know what a woman looks like "deep inside". If these extra folds are missing - these aren't going to be constructed when it's been chopped off - then be suspicious.
It's almost a given certainty if she has labia then she is 100% woman.

Oh and silicon implants aren't that uncommon amongst women wanting to be bigger - it does happen, so can't really go by that

I did have good time and have no problem admiting it... I tell ya more, in a certain way, i miss her. Still in contact with her (actually she is an "her", operated or not), and is quite possible that i'm gonna see her again in the future, if she agreed.
