Looking for massage or escort worth my money and time.

Did you find out places to check out? I have mainly stuck with Asian Massage Parlors but here are the ones I've tried and I've also narrowed a places of others to try (so if you don't see it on the list you can assume that it's bad reviews).

Places to check out:

Brass Club https://www.brassclub.ca downtown, highly well-reviewed, all good.

ALO Group also has some gems. I recommend Erica or Tara.

If you like asian I visited Vee at https://www.ottawarelaxation.com she is very attractive and intelligent.

Yes they provide massage services. At Brass Club they provide services within MA limits but YMMV depending on you and your MA. I know at ALO they will massage but some ladies do provide FS for extra but as you know YMMV here as well.
