Noticed an ad on Kijiji for Therapeutic Massage with a picture of a very pleasant smiling masseuse, decided that $65 an hour may be good value so I made an appointment. Sorry, I can no longer find the ad on Kijiji to link.

Making the appointment was super easy and her communication skills is excellent. The home spa is in a west Edmonton duplex, almost Acheson, in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Tania is a friendly 40ish average built caucasian lady. The picture in the ad is probably real but definitely dated. The massage is done in the living room with the table right against the couch, the room is small, not much room for her to work around the table. The table is heated which is really nice for a cold day. Her massage pressure is light, way too light for my liking. It may be the lack of room, or a lack of skills, but her massage simply did not hit the spot(s) for me. I arrived on time and left on time, but there were a few moments during the hour when she left the room to get supplies or simply providing me with privacy to change so overall massage time was around 35-40 min. The massage was fully draped and 100% legit.

I went there with high hope, I am always hopeful to find a good caucasian masseuse but this session disappointed me. Even for $65, I find that I did not get value as her effort was minimal and actual massage time well short of an hour. In addition, I like home spas which are clutter free and pleasant smelling; hers is neither. In summary, no repeat from me but as usual, YMMV.

Phone number matches; her old ad had a picture of her younger self, this new ad picture is not her. Your experience is identical to mine, 40 min. worth for an hour appointment right down to the the dog whimpering part, big dogs bark, small dogs whimper .

I've seen her before, and again with anything in life ymmv. When I saw her, I had an undraped massage. We made small talk and she warmed up and I left happy.

The massage was in the kitchen area and there was a dog barking in another room. If I recall she was going through a divorce and also relocated from Vancouver. I haven't seen her in a while because she lives way too far west.


my 2 cents, If someone posts an ad on Kijiji they are getting hammered with requests for extras. If they are an rmt they will offcourse deny and offer nothing through text. When you show up things may change, and if you play your cards right you will end up with the result you want.

I felt we had a good rapport and enjoyed our time together previously. She cut our time a little short and I felt that she was somewhat offended by my asking for extras despite having had them every time with her previously.
