So, you're rating Universities on the size of the city it's in. Toronto is biggest, Montreal is second biggest. So, with your kind of logic, UBC is the third best University because Vancouver is the 3rd biggest city? What if Vancouver overtakes Toronto and Montreal as the biggest population? Will it then have the best professors? If Calgary is the fourth biggest city, I guess it will have the 4th best professors.
