You're calling two completely different things the exact same name, which is pretty confusing... and rather misleading to label a mandatory fee a "tip"

I would suggest that you do not call the session fee the "tip" when you are also talking about tipping after the session.

This is extremely well explained. I have observed that many of our board brethren conflate the terms "tip" with the fees for extras. Any of the services provided, whether within the limits or otherwise, have a typical fee, although sometimes variable. A tip would be only on top of any door and service fees and be 100% discretionary. The fees are not discretionary in my experience.
