Announcement Forum upgrade 2022 - live updates

Good day folks, as you are probably aware, we have migrated forums today to the cloud infrastructure.

What is the expectation after migration is complete:

1. Improved user experience
2. Improved stability
3. Improved forum speed
4. Latest forum addons and features

As a result of this migration, it was only prudent to go ahead and upgrade software as well.

You will probably notice some minor changes in the way you post threads, etc.

as we continue to upgrade additional functionalities of the forum, I will provide updates in this thread.

Thanks but can you also add a search 'within' a conversation. For example, some of us have private conversations that are over a 100 pages long and it would be really be useful to be able to do a search within that conversation.

A nice way to do it would be when we hit the search icon, there is an option to search within a conversation. Right now, there are options to search within the forum, within a thread, etc. so within a conversation would be nice.

Is the Ignore Threads option re-enabled yet?

Website now seems to be remembering my previous Ignore Threads preferences again, but I can no longer see the option to ignore additional threads...

It's there on the thread page above the first post, but it's not showing on the thread list anymore.

I noticed a few issues:

- Preview Post option is missing

- Show Ignored Content option is always shown even if there's no ignored content

- Similar Threads at bottom should be in a scroller like before

Most of the issues being reported are css issues related to an outdated skin. I will be working and upgrading the skin over the weekend please be patient.
