Yes, $80-$120 is pretty much standar for BS and some extra services. I normally give more to my faves. What is $20 more for exceptional services?

Not true. As far as I know, usually 3-4 Lavender's girls working at Shangri-la at the same time, and they all expect similar to other girls at both two places, or even higher, tips.

While Amber is okay with lower tips, her service mileaage is lower too and has received criticism. When it comes down to it, I'd rather splash the cash for a higher mileage with a generous tip!
