I do not read his post as caring for the attendant or being her saviour. TBH, the first 3, in and of themselves, don't mean much. Bottom line is whether the MPA wants to do stuff with you when there's no money involved.

Having said this, sometimes the MPA is willing but the client wants to continue to pay because they want to maintain a "business" relationship. You appear to fall in this camp.
