A few of the Asian agencies are advertising something like "tao tao", "special service"

An example would be: icandy4u in Toronto ("book 1hour and up cim is free. under 1 hour cim +30. special service +200 by request")

Some other agencies used to advertise "special service" like MoonBay in Toronto while others still do LUCKYBABY333 in Toronto "extras$"

Some of these providers or customers are already HIV + and are on antiviral AIDS medication which makes the viral load barely detectable and as such a low chance for transmission that the courts have ruled that the HIV+ person doesn’t have to tell the other partner as long as a condom is used. There are lots of gamblers among providers and customers.

Another medication taken increasingly by sex providers or people who have multiple bareback sexual partners in PrEP which is said to dramatically reduce the risk of contracting AIDs

Still some don’t see enough risk to worry about HIV, don’t take medication and don’t necessarily use condoms.

They're here to make money. Some really don't care about risking their health and body's but Koreans are used to taking PrEP when working.
