Ahh, I would agree with you that we shouldn't be judged poorly on just one occasion.. mostly because it can have such a big impact. I do that for any place that I review (eg. restaurants.. businesses.. coworkers). Unless of course, it's egregious and shouldn't most definitely not happen in the first place (e.g. going to a michelin star restaurant only to have them mess up multiple dishes in a tasting menu). If this is a one-off then maybe not saying anything is the better route, but now that this is out of the bag, then i don't know if it's worthwhile to take it down. Might want to edit though. But yeah, reading that, i wouldn't want to visit ever.. not that I would consider it to begin with, but others might. I guess.. when leaving, did you ask her why she was so tired? I probably wouldn't, but just wondering if you would since you said you've been there plenty of times in the past.
