Yes over at SL West, it didn't take long for Cici and Coco to know my "long history" as I ran into Lucy in the hallway.
I saw Lucy for well over 3 years, maybe close to 100 visits over that time.

We used to meet of coffee on Sundays between customers, sometimes she'd bring me food.
We'd eat in my SUV and have lunch in case of a walk in, then she's rush back into the store.

I haven't seen her now in two years or so, but she still looks pretty good, and the review are generally good.
The point is, so long in this area, it's pretty hard for the girls not to know who you are in time.

Lastly Jimmy, I don't care about SL West, I never liked the hype and noise, constant posting, constant pushing of reviews, and huge return texts on booking.
The place is cold, the texting is cold, the reception is cold, Rene is only bright spot, and you are nightmare.

I've only visited 6 or 7 times in a year, so I'm not an important customer. BUT, your important customers are reading this.
They see how you treat customers, that don't follow what you want.

They have other options, as I noted yesterday, you are chasing away business, you have to try and win, so you discredit and disrespect your customers.
As I told you this is NOT the EAST END, your bully tactics, antagonistic position will only drive away customers.

So do us both a favour, and may other members. it's done, it's done, it's over. you've discredited me (or tried, maybe), and you and your spa are stained.
The fact remains I have a long history here, and while there will be some detractors, maybe many, I've been a very good source of income for girls and spas alike.

So, for your own benefit, why not just let sleeping dogs lie? The members here will appreciate it, they don't have a a dog in this fight. Nothing is going to change here now.
Just like the Americans, they were build on a fight, and many of us from Scarborough are the same, nothing like a little scrap before we start the hockey game.

The main reason I haven't been to Sl West is because they are weird about their address. It just felt off to me. Every other spa has an address and isn't afraid to share it. It's probably a petty reason, but there is no shortage of decent spas to visit.

Anyhow…..average AMP, average facilities, good location, average experience. Some of the girls are over hyped: Rebecca, Flora are the two I saw. Decent, not mind blowing as some would suggest.

I spend way too much time and money on this hobby and this place is extremely convenient for me. However I stopped going and giving them my money due to their obvious arrogance and condescending attitude towards customers. They truly think they are special and look down on us, and it starts with the “ unavoidable photog” . I met her, she is good looking but not as great as she thinks.

Lucy at V one is much prettier, imho.

I think business 101 is that you're in business to serve customers. Don't open up the business if you hate the customers and think the customers are bothering you or something.

The self gratification around "photographer" is so thick I can feel it from the screen.

Nobody wants to feel insulted while paying big tips + door fee to your business.

I’ve been blocked and banned for speaking my mind about both SL places. I’ve got respect for Renee and I’ve always enjoyed my time with her. Unfortunately the rest has been a waste of money. Bait and switch. Short changed time. Not the cleanest at times. Crap service. There are much better options.

That being said - I’d see Renee again if she ever worked the room again.
