Most guys don’t go for an hour and if they do could be because it takes them a lot of work to cum so they need that extra time or they want to do MSOG, for those guys the extra time is worth it. If you get extras you should tip especially if its a long session because these girls make more money from volume of clients than from session length. First time I saw Hannah when she was at Vaughan I asked about the rate for bbbj and she told me it was included in the standard rate so no upcharge but I leave a little extra anyway, its just no specific amount requested which is nice.
