You've nailed it Chris, and if it keeps the type of guy who is only interested in what girl they can buy for as cheap as possible, not able to enjoy the place for its market style and difference (when I say difference I mean here in Patong, no Patts comparisons made here), then I honestly dont think these boys (the owners) will loose any sleep. Not the customer base they are seeking IMO.

In all honesty i have probably bar fined around 50 go-go girls or more and i can count on one hand how many times a price has been discussed beforehand. If a girl starts asking how much i will give, i almost certainly will move on. Usually they don't..

What do i give ? Anything from 1200 for a poor experience to 2k to a great night. Think I've had one girl complain...

People should give what they feel is right, as long as the girl is not being blatantly ripped off. However, my issue is guys writing on the board about standard prices, but then quoting bull shit figures....

Not really they're on good deal.... there salary is 1500 a day a LT 5000 obviously the 5000 is partly compensating for the salary plus lady drinks and tips.

Sounds like it works for you. I have always checked the price before I pay the barfine ( no surprises , for any of us ) I now also check that it is LT ( been coming for almost twenty years and it was only about five years ago I first met a girl that only did ST )

i think when hear say goes on the net it becomes fact in a lot of peoples minds,especially from an 'in the know' local.

it would nice to be more informed by management themselves and seeing as one is a BM,it couldnt be all that hard?
i know you wont cry about my 500-1k baht but i wouldve gone in a a coupla times at least if i knew the deal for locals,as the advertised price is 1500.

Its been posted the girls get 1500 per night, even if not getting bar fined..

so 45k staff bill per dancer, allowing them to get hot girls but have an astronomical wage bill (mil a month on 22 staff)..
